Patches is quite unique, and would make a perfect companion for someone who can understand he is a little bit different than others! Patches is a pseudohermaphrodite, born with both male and female reproductive organs. He had both reproductive organs removed during his neutering, and now identifies as male. Patches is quiet and loving, and would do best in a more quiet home without dogs. Patches just wants a human to spend time with and give all his love!
