Rocko is a gorgeous and playful pup. He has had a bit of a rough ride in his life though. He came to Famous Fido Rescue following a situation where his guardian was arrested, and he was deserted inside of a motel room. The motel staff cared for Rocko until we could safely get him to our center. This active dog loves to play and go for walks and even loves a run. He will need someone physically capable of handling him as he can be a strong puller. Rocko would thrive in a home where he could receive a lot of attention. He does need training and direction, but we believe this can be achieved with a reliable routine and structure. Rocko has done well with female dogs in the past so we'd consider him in a home with another large dog - pending a meet & greet first. Rocko is a bit too large and energetic for small children and we will not place him in a home with cats.
