Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This cutie is Nicky. This little Yorkie fellow is only 16 months old. He weighs a skinny 7 pounds. Adorable Nicky is being fostered in Clearwater, FL. Due to Covid-19 dogs in Florida will need to be adopted within the state of Florida.
UPDATED BIO 11/20/2020: Happy Holidays Everyone! Nicky here – just to give my fans an update on me. I have been busy since I arrived in my foster home. I have been recently neutered and vetted, so I am on bed rest for a couple of weeks. I am on the skinny side and eating my way up to a healthier weight of 10 lbs. When I have recuperated from my neuter, I will be available for adoption into my forever home. But remember - I am very much still a puppy. I need not only loving parent(s), but I also need another young playful best friend. My current best friend in my foster home and I play all day running at breakneck speed through the house and bouncing off the furniture and each other. Please be sure you're ready for this time of continuous activity. Please remember to keep in mind that I need another doggie companion close to my age and size in my forever home.
I am really hoping for a home with a fenced backyard so me and my new best friend will be able to run freely together. One more thing - when I was surrendered to UYR, my former owner had fallen on some hard times so my house-training sorta took a hit. My foster family is working with me on proper potty habits, but I still have a ways to go. A home with carpet would not be an ideal environment for me. I know I am a handful but I am so worth it! I am healthy and young and will be around a long time so it is important I find the right family. If you feel your home would be perfect for me, please fill out an adoption application.
