Include your location when you email us for an application. Emails that don't include your location may not receive a response.
If you send more than one email you will not receive a response. It clogs our inbox up and slows down our response time.
Only email if you are interested in adopting both girls, we will not be separating them.
Tiny 5lb, 6 month old Yorkie/Chiweenie littermates, Opal & Pearl are adorable and playful. They love their canine foster sisters and are fine with the cats. They are pretty good sleepers if you keep them awake till 10:00pm they usually sleep till 6:15-6:30am when Pearl let’s you know it’s time to get up! Pearl is definitely more vocal (nice way of saying yappy) and Opal is much more quiet. They do take a good long nap during the day and a short nap around 7:00pm. They love belly rubs but they aren’t pocket/purse or lap dogs. They like their fuzzy cozy bed and their stuffed toys. Opal will find any little thing on the floor (or steal off the coffee table) and run and hide with her treasure while Pearl is the stinker that will chew electrical cords (or earbuds ?) if she gets the chance! They are both very active and get around really well in spite of their leg issues. Per the orthopedic assessment, Pearl will need surgery to repair her leg (luxating patella) but not sure Opal would benefit enough from the surgery to warrant putting her through such drastic procedure. These girls are very bonded and love each other very much. We are looking for a wonderful, amazing, loving home together since they are very bonded. We also are looking for a home that can be able to afford the surgery that Pearl will need in about 6 more months. They are spayed, fully vaccinated, tested negative for heartworm and Tick Born diseases, dewormed, microchipped, on Bravecto and Heart worm preventative. Opal and Pearl are available for adoption now. Although good with kids, we are looking to place these girls in an adult only home due to their size.
A home check is required. Yolo County adopters preferred, but will consider other locations. If you are more than 100 miles away from Yolo County please be aware that there may be a small additional expense associated with travel cost.
If you are interested in adopting Opal and Pearl, email us and we will send you an adoption application. (include your location in the email) The adoption fee for each puppy $650.
*Vetting includes: Neuter/spay, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, heartworm test, flea preventative, heart worm preventative (including the remainder of their 6-month supply), and any other necessary vet care.
