I'm Tippy. Kind of new here. You see, I had a home for 8-years along with my friend, Twinky. However, my daddy died and mom could not take care of us. I have been around wheel chairs so I am comfortable there. I am smart and learn quickly. I also like to wag my tail ... against walls, appliances, you know, fun things to make noise! I hope you will find a place in your home for me.
