My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gracie has scars from her past, but we’re here to show her that her past will be nothing like her future. Somewhere out there, there is someone looking for Gracie. Her demeanor, her love, her quirks and her loyalty, because even after horribly home-cropped ears and broken toes she gives endless love to anyone she meets.

Gracie is such a sweet soul and gentle girl.  She loves her humans, car rides, sleeping, eating, and playing!  Gracie is deaf, but does really well with hand signals, and she has Kidney Disease that is being managed well through her diet. Gracie is well loved by her foster family, and everyone at the veterinary clinic. Gracie should not go to a home with stairs and ideally, should have mostly carpet as she does have a weaker back-end but she gets around great and will even run to fetch a ball! She LOVES her stuffed animals and balls! Are you going to be the lucky one who gets to give her a forever home?

Kid-friendly: Yes, but kids must learn how to interact with a deaf dog to not startle her, etc.

Dogs: Loves them

Cats: Interested, but not aggressive

Crate trained: Yes

Potty trained: Yes

Likes: Humans, car rides, treats, large balls, stuffed toys, sleeping, eating, and playing

Health concerns:  Deaf, Kidney Disease

Adoption fee: $175 (we will also send with a supply of K/D canned food for the adopter)
