UPDATE:
Surgery went great!!! He is healing and ready to find his new home!!!!

Caesar is now in a foster home. His owner was found but can not take him back. Caesar is 9 years and is now looking for a home to live out his time. He will be having surgery on his ulcerated hygroma next week and also getting neutered.
He is a wonderful dog who has a lot of life left and a lot of love to give!
Please open your heart and your home to this old man who deserves so much better than what he has been given!
He is great with other dogs- all people and children.
