Penelope's story:
Penelope is a recent transfer from an overcrowded shelter. She was confiscated from a hoarding case, where she lived with 100 other cats in a house. She is a sweet, gentle and mild-mannered cat that has a lot to offer!
Penelope walks with a head tilt from either a previous injury or an old ear infection that never got treated; therefore resulting in permanent damage to her sense of balance. Rest assured she is in no pain, she simply has a different, but unique look to her!
