My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Roxy. I cannot say how wonderful she is! Not only is she so very sweet, she's obedient, she's great with kids, great with other dogs (especially loves her male foster brother Boxer!!). She's crate trained, tho we don't really crate her, house trained (but you'll need to offer her to go out and she doesn't always ask (her only minor flaw). She loves to play, loves to cuddle. She's about 5 years old. She originally came from a shelter. The people had her a year and gave her away. The next family also had her a year before she got out and was found by a nice family. They found her family but was told to just keep her as she wasn't the dog they were looking for!! Well, their loss and another family's treasure! She definitely needs to go to a home with another friendly, playful dog and preferably with kids (over 6). A secure back yard is needed cause she does like to wander if given the chance. And will find a way out if not secure! So she should not be left in backyard alone for long periods of time! Request an app if interested. Her adoption fee of $600 includes spay, vaccines, deworming, microchip and goody bag. All our dogs are in private foster homes!! We do not ship our dogs!! All adoption fees go back into rescue to help with our large vet bills, large dog food bills and all the other needs for the dogs while in rescue. Once approved we will schedule a meet n greet.
