Hi! My name is Zoey. I am a hound mix. I am between 4 and 5 months. My life started off pretty bad. I was rescued in August from a shelter in LA, right before their hurricanes. When I arrived at my rescue I was underweight and had hairless spots ALL over my body. The vets determined I had Demodex mange and a couple spots of ringworm. Now will diligent care, my hair has mostly grown back! You may see a few spots where it is still growing.
I am a happy and healthy girl now and looking for my forever home. I am in a house with other dogs and a cat. These humans even have two pot bellied pigs! So, I am well socialized. I am great with potty training, as long as I am scheduled potty breaks! My humans use Xpens instead of crates and once it is bedtime I behave very well while I am in one.
I am playful and would love an energetic family to share a great life with!
Right now, she is being fostered in Tennessee. The rescue lists in areas where transport is available. They use safe USDA licensed dog transports that will bring her to their new family, once she is adopted! Once you send an application, the rescue will contact you for an interview and be able to send more photos and even videos
She is spayed and UTD on all required vaccinations. She is microchipped and on flea preventative.
