Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was found in a storm drain outside of Whataburger. My name is Pipes and I have a large set of them. My nickname is What a Kitty. I am a fiesty, petite, little lady. My attitude however is very BIG! I tolerate my fellow foster kittys ok, but prefer to be with the dog. I sleep with my foster moms Pomeranian every night in her kennel w her. I am all bark and no bite. No pun intended. Would love to meet you.
