Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lincoln is a Golden retriever and Great Pyrenees mix. He came in with his two brothers where he lived on a farm. He is learning to be an inside dog and has made some huge progress in just a short amount of time. He is very affectionate and curious. He seems to well to with other dogs and children. It's unknown how he is with cats. Lincoln requires at least a 4 foot fence and possibly taller.
Lincoln is 1 year old. His current weight is 75 pounds.
The minimum donation for Lincoln is $475.00. This includes all of his vetting. If you are interested in Lincoln, please fill out an online application through our website. https://www.dirksfund.com/adoption-application/
We are currently only open by appointment only. Due to the recent pandemic, we are looking at the safety of our volunteers that are there to take care of the dogs. Only serious inquiries will be considered.
Then meet him at the shelter during adoption hours on Saturdays and Sundays 10 - 2pm. All members of the household need to meet the dog you are interested in. Vet records for any current or previous pets need to be provided. If all goes well, a home visit will be done prior to adoption.
