Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jasper has come a long way. He was scared and hard to approach when we found him on the streets. He now is very affectionate and the foster says he sits by the gate all day and waits for him to come home. He gets along with other dogs but is not really interested. He just wants to be your BFF.
