My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Jasper!

I’m a sweet, mellow little boy with a big heart. Been through some tough stuff before my foster parents rescued me. Back then, my ears and skin always hurt. I had “cauliflower ears” and ugly mange. But my foster parents got me all fixed up with surgery on my ears and treatments for my skin.

Yeah, my ears flop down instead of perking up. And my hearing isn’t perfect, but I hear my name. My hair got trimmed to even it out. It can grow back long though now that my skin is healed. In fact, I’m healed all over now thanks to months of love and care. So it’s time to start life with a new family.

The only “must have” for me is love. I love both humans and canines. My fave thing of all is lap cuddling. I’m crate trained but feel free to snuggle me in your bed too. You’ll rarely hear me bark (except when I sniff meal time).
