Hello! My name is Jay and I am a handsome 8 year old buff orange tabby! I was adopted here years ago, and my owner loved me very much, but due to me escaping out of her home so many times her landlord said she could no longer keep me, and I wound up being brought back here again by someone nice who had found me when I last ran outside. It is very problematic for me to go outside because I was declawed many years ago and am unable to defend myself, so I need an owner who takes me being kept indoors at all times very seriously (as much as it may displease me). I don't mean to scare you off or make you think I am a troublesome boy- other than my escapee tendencies, I am such a sweet and loving boy! Truly, if you are looking for a laid-back, affectionate (and GORGEOUS) companion to share your heart and your home, you couldn't find a better candidate than me!
