My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Montana is a 6 year old spayed female North American Shepherd. She is 34 pounds right not but should be closer to 25. She is easy to live with, is crate trained, housetrained and does well with other dogs and with cats. Montana is good off leash and has a good recall but you cannot grab at her or she ducks away. She lived with kids in her prior home and did fine with them but is scared of strangers and was not comfortable with the kids friends or other visitors to the house. She needs quite a bit of work on body handling and it is difficult to trim her nails. All of our dogs live in foster homes with volunteers. We need an approved application on file to set up a meeting with a dog you might be interested in. You can find our application at www.aussierescuemn.org. All dogs have an adoption fee of $300 plus MN sales tax. We pride ourselves on matches that are awesome for both the dog and your family. Aussie Rescue of MN is here for support, advice and as a safety net for our dogs for the rest of their lives.
