My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you've considered a cat, but don't want one who's aloof, this cat is for you! Mirella shows quiet and soothing affection, and just wants a lap to be in and someone to rub her head against. After being abandoned by someone who moved out of an apt.complex, our foster heard about her and went to get her to safety. She was adopted a week later by a couple who returned her the next day, saying they want an independent cat and didn't like her sleeping in their bed or following them around.
Mirella has a good appetite and likes to eat frequent, small meals. She is currently sharing a small room with a foster kitten (about 3 mos old) but showed mild dominance towards a 14 yr old male cat in the foster home. She may be adopted on a trial basis if her adopter has other cats she needs to meet. Approx 1-2 yrs old
