Hi! My name is Elvis. I’m a handsome guy who was rescued off of the dangerous streets in Muscat, Oman when I was a pup. I’m so lucky to be rescued. I was at risk for being poisoned, shot, and dying a horrible death of dehydration and starvation. I have a cute personality, love to run and play, and also am happy to snuggle on the couch with my humans. I’m currently being fostered outside of DC. I would do best with a fenced yard and they don’t think I would do well in an apartment as I’m very busy! I’m great with other dogs and would love to have a friend to play with. I’m up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
