Casper was acquired from a pet shop. He is a cute, independent, emotionally stable Maltese born in October of 2007. My hope is that he will find a new home with his brother, Teddy Bear with an experienced dog owner who will love and take good care of them. If this home also has a backyard or lots of outdoor space to run around in all the better!
