My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This amazing girl is Winnie - a sweetheart of a dog. Winnie was rescued from a bad animal hoarding situation. Despite her horrible beginning, this girl has lots of love to give. She is timid when she first meets you, but once she warms up to you she is the sweetest girl on the planet. Winnie would do best in a calm household and would love to have some children to play with. She loves to play and is very friendly with other dogs. Having another dog to hang out with would be best for her as she is very comfortable with having another dog in the household. Winnie will need a little patience as she learns to trust you, but she is so worth every moment. She has been in a foster home for approximately 30 days and has warmed up to her foster and is very friendly and looking to please them all the time. She loves to explore new surroundings.

Project Outbound is a multi-state rescue with locations in Texas, Washington and Oregon. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas). If you are interested in beginning the adoption screening, you can find our adoption application at www.projectoutbound.org (as well as a complete listing of all the dogs available for adoption). Please email the completed application to projectoutbound18@gmail.com (and indicate which pup you are interested in by providing their name in the subject line).
