Look at those spotted paws! Can you get any cuter than this little fella? Meet Borden - our resident cow puppy. Borden is very sweet natured and loves people. His favorite hobbies include chewing on toys and smothering you with kisses. He enjoys a good run through the yard chasing the kiddos, as well as amazing games of catch and tug of war. Borden really enjoys kids so a family with some two-legged siblings would be perfect.

All of our dogs are rescued from the State of Texas and are transported to our Washington and Oregon locations for placement in their adoptive families. Our $450 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and helps cover any transport fees associated should we need to transport your new family member to you in our adoption areas). If you are interested in beginning the adoption screening, you can find our adoption application at www.projectoutbound.org (as well as a complete listing of all the dogs available for adoption). Please email the completed application to projectoutbound18@gmail.com (and indicate which pup you are interested in by providing their name in the subject line). Due to the number of requests that we receive on our puppies and dogs, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received.
