Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Happi is a young, male, mixed breed dog who probably weighs in the 20 lb. range. Happi is neutered and he’s housebroken as long as he is given regular opportunities to go outside. He is as cute as the dickens but given what a scary place the world can be when you are homeless, Happi takes a bit of time to warm up to people, and may seem anxious initially. But just give Happi some time and greet him with calm energy. High value treats, like small chunks of bologna, also seem to work a charm on Happi and put him in the right mood for leashing up to go outside. In the yard he takes care of business first, and afterwards he loves to play and whiz around. His bubbly personality sometimes brings out the inner circus dog in Happi and he will leap, and boing, and sometimes excitedly nip at your fingers, not because he has bad manners, but because he is simply beside himself with joy, and sometimes gets carried away, which is why we do not recommend Happi for a home with small children or grandchildren. But once you know this little guy, he sure is easy to love. To find your groove with Happi, contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center on Facebook, call 814-918-2032, or email: contactus@Tricounty-arc.org
