Poor baby Max was returned to the shelter because his adopters didn't take the time and effort that is needed into potty training a puppy How sad! But if you would be a good owner that knows it takes lots of patience and practice to train a puppy please fill out an application. He looks so bewildered as to why he is back at the shelter. Won't you be his hero?
