This is the information that we received from Mama's current foster:
We found a dog on 9/14. She is very sweet. We have posted her on several sites trying to find the owners, but with no luck. She is not micro-chipped or spayed. Our vet said she is between 1 1/2 - 2 years old. She had a litter around 4-6 months ago, and just finished a heat cycle. She is heartworm- negative, but has hook worms. We got her the medicine to treat it. We will try to get her spayed and vaccinated while she is with us and when we get the funds. She seems housetrained, loves to play fetch and is good with dogs and people. She's not the best with little kids as she may accidentally knock them down. She needs more time and activity than we can give her, but I only want her to go to a loving and safe home. Please help us find someone to adopt her. We can try to foster until this happens. I don't want to drop her at a shelter. Thank you!
