Meet Avril!! One of the most photogenic pups around! It’s almost like she knows she was born to be a model! Look ho well behaved she is. She is 2 years and 42lbs. She came to us on 9/22 from a neighboring county pound. Avril does have some skin allergies that we are taking care of. Thank you for sharing, it will help to get her into a loving home soon.

Avril is looking for her forever home. A sweet and cuddly medium sized girl, she is a good size for an apartment and would do well as she is also quiet. She does pull on a leash when going for walks, so a harness and some training would do wonders. She is not overly active or playful so a fenced in yard is not required. She is good with other dogs, adjusting her personality for the dogs temperament. A meet and greet is always nice between canine companions. She likes toys, but only if you are actively playing with her. She does keep a clean den overnight. She tested relatively well with cats and may do well with small dogs. Prior to adoption, all of our animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for heartworm (dogs), and placed on a monthly preventative, in addition to other necessary treatments.

Tuesday - Friday:: 12-6p.m.
â€‹Saturday:: 11-4p.m.

At FCHS, we commit to our animals; for this reason, all of our animals have a lifetime commitment from us. If an adoption does not work out, for any reason, we ask that all FCHS animals be returned to our facility.
