Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you are interested in adopting a cat that truely needs you, then Pip is your guy! At 12 years old, he found himself surrendered to the shelter when his previous owners health was failing, and there was no one who could take care of him and his multiple housemates. Pip is undersocialized, and probably didn't get out much before. So understandably he is having a hard time adjusting to having to see new faces everyday. He would really love to have a home where he can come out at his own pace, which might take some time. Pip has been hanging out with his previous housemate, Stripin, and while they may not be inseparable, it would probably help if they could be adopted together so they have someone familiar around. Pip allows the occasional petting, but hasn't come around to fully appreciating it! Because of his cautious nature, he would do best in a calm home. Pip is neutered, current on his vaccinations, FELV/FIV tested negative, and microchipped.
