My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Annie! I am a vibrant, young girl who was once lost on my own out in the big world. Some nice people took me in and brought me to a place called a rescue, or a foster, or…well, I don’t care what it is called but it is pretty awesome. It is comfy, clean, dry, not too hot or cold, and the best part is that I get all the food I could ever imagine. The humans here love me and tell me how beautiful I am. They asked me to socialize with these crazy things called dogs which are not to be trusted! Maybe the little, calm ones are sort of ok, but the big ones are scary. Cats are much more my style, even though it takes me a few days to warm up to new feline friends (hellllooooo- stranger danger, right?). Once we get past the stranger stage, we are friends that run, play, wrestle and chase each other. I am told my friends are all getting homes, which is supposed to be better than foster care. They tell me it is my turn to find my own home too! Just not one with little humans because I play too rough sometimes. I am not mean, but I love to play and can forget my manners. I’ve been working on becoming more mature, but my future home will hopefully continue to teach me when to keep my paws to myself. I do love to play, jump, chase and climb, so I would really love a home that will play with me daily, but also allow me to perfect my lap-cat-cuddle routine. Would you be able to help me find my perfect home? If you think I may be the girl for you, please send an email quick to the kind people caring for me at info@ciatn.org.
**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted by families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside—especially at night. No dog is to be put on a “tie-out” or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced yard.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
**All Compassion in Action dogs and cats are in foster care in middle Tennessee and will be transported to our drop off sites after their adoption.
