My story is a little bit sad, but it has a happy ending :)

I was dumped by an obviously not nice person, probably as soon as I was weaned off of my mommy. I had been roaming around in a field and took a rest by a gate. Some big guys dressed up in camo saw me. They looked kinda scary. Turns out, they were hunters and they notified the land owner that I was there. The landowners then notified those awesomely wonderful peeps at Lucies. They had told them they hardly ever go to that gate, and if it wouldn't have been for those hunters, I would have never been found. There's just no telling what other kind of creepy things could have happened to me. Guess they weren't so scary after all!

So the kind ladies from Lucies scooped me up and took me to the vet to get my shots, wormer, and make sure I was a-ok. They found out very quickly that I get car sick...oops. Who would have known? Maybe I'm just scared of riding because I got dumped. I'm sure I'll grow out of it - hopefully!

I haven't been here long, but I can tell you that I am getting treated very well here. I have found out that I love Nyla bones!! Yay treats!!!

Anyway, I don't really have any friends here yet. I'm lonely ;( I sure would love it if some nice family would come adopt me and take me home. I can run and play and cuddle and lick your whole face!!!
