Meet D.o.g. ( pronounced by saying each letter together) . D.o.g. and his sister Star have a wonderful story to tell about their prior lives. A gentle, sweet, homeless man found the two, right after birth, umbilical cords still attached, by the river. He saved them, fed them, raised them, in the woods where he lived. One day the poor man was attacked and ended up in the hospital by some evil people. The dogs ended up at the local county shelter and the man signed them over. We immediately grabbed them up. They have lived a very close life together and Star looks for guidance from D.o.g. We will not separate that special bond that they have developed due to what all they have endured. Both are super sweet, happy babies, looking for a loving family. If you are that family please continue reading.

We will travel up to two hours to do home checks. We also truly feel the dogs in our rescue have been through enough. We take in those who are injured, abused, neglected, sick, and abandoned. That being said we search for a home that they are never put in that position again and that fits their personality and needs the best. No more hurt or fear.
