He's not a special agent but a precious Maltese!!!

This handsome guy comes from Louisiana.  Max came into rescue as 14 years old, but when he had his dental procedure our vets said he is closer to 8!  He's very healthy, playful, and cheerful.  He is 10 pounds of soft fluff. 
 
Maxwell wants to be close to you all the time.  He's an ideal companion for a retiree or someone who works from home.   He wants to sleep in the big bed and when he snuggles in he'll stay all night.  He knows the jingle of his harness and leash and is excited to go on any adventure...a walk or a ride. 
 
Max wears a belly band in the house but takes care of business outdoors.
