Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Boone is a young energetic big puppy. Boone was surrendered to our rescue from a homeless man after he had been hit by a car. The injury was approximately two weeks old when he got him. It was jointly decided to allow the injury to heal on its own. Boone has a slight impediment to his rear leg but it does not cause him pain nor effect his activity level or walking. Boone does need an owner who is willing to work through the puppy phase and offer Boone the training he needs to be a well behaved pet! Boone has lots of love to give but needs to work on his global social skills when meeting strangers and being exposed to new and uncertain situations. Boone's ideal home would be without small children. He loves them but the excitement and size may prove to be too much of a challenge for him. Boone's rescue adoption fee is $250. and includes neuter, shots, flea medication, microchip and all his medical records upon request.
