Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Christian Mom. Hates rap, 7 kids. Planned a family vacation to Niagara Falls. Husband expected more, kids are bored, she is considering jumping in. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intake Date: 14 Sep 2020 ----- Age at Intake: unk ----- Breed: Golden Retriever Mix guess ----- Size: 50 lbs ----- Status: long time stray ----- Compatible with: dogs, children. no cats without further testing ----- Suitable for: home with a securely fenced yard. ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: She is currently raising her 7 pups. Will be available for adoption after full vetting. ----- Additional Notes: Pretty miss Aurora came to rescue with her 7 Disney puppies. They are chunky babies and she is doing great. We are told she is a stray dog that has had 3 litters in the past 18 months. This time, she is at rescue and her stray and baby making days are over!
She is very sweet and social. So far she seems overly interested in cats but that can be protective instincts from a mom so will do more testing as they are weaned. More to come. As of now, she is a sweetheart. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. FBS standard adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is mandatory.
