Welcome Cooper to rescue! Cooper came to rescue two weeks ago. He is about 6 years old. Dog & kid friendly boy He was surrendered by his owner, who no longer wanted him and was allowing him to roam the neighborhood. He kept showing up at a nearby horse farm where one of our foster Moms boards her horse. After a discussion with his owners..he was surrendered to his foster Mom. He has been doing very well in his foster home. He had NO PRIOR VETTING by his owner. His foster took him to our vet for an exam and heartworm/lymes test. He was heartworm negative, however he did test positive for lymes and was started on doxy. Please consider making a tax deductible donation towards his medical care. He still needs to be neutered as well.
