My story

This kid is fresh off the Navajo reservation and is pure joy. He’s an approximately 3-4 months old shepherd mix, weighs 23 lbs, is neutered, microchipped, and has received most of his vaccinations. In addition to being completely gorgeous, he’s easy going, attentive, loves his doggie pals and loves his people. He loves riding in the car and having fun in the outdoors. He uses the doggie door to go in and out but isn’t 100% yet for taking care of business outside. He loves attention, cuddling, giving kisses, and being held and carried – which can’t last long at the rate he’s growing.

There’s no hurry for him to get adopted and he’ll go to the very best family available. His wish list includes a doggie friend(s) to play with, a fenced yard, and a family that has experience with dogs and will treat him as a family member. Being a puppy, he’ll need extra time from his family to learn commands and all the things we take for granted from seasoned dogs. He wishes to have a family that likes to take him along in the car for no reason at all or to go out for hikes and have fun outdoors.
