My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PURRSONALITY: Chester is a happy, active, and confident kitten. Because he was only a week old when he was rescued, he was bottle-fed. As a result, Chester and his siblings are comfortable being held and handled and have a positive association with humans Chester is very energetic, silly, and active, He's friendly and affectionate. Chester loves to play, but he tends to play a bit rough. Chester is sometimes a bully to his brothers and other kitties in the house. For this reason, we recommend Chester be the only pet in his home.

RESCUE STORY: Chester and his siblings were taken to a local municipal shelter after being discovered without their mother present. We cannot know if she actually abandoned them, or was simply out searching for food - but once they arrived at the shelter, the best thing anyone could do for them was to get them out quickly. They were rescued when they were approximately one week old.

MEDICAL HISTORY: Chester and his siblings had symptoms of Upper Respiratory Infections, for which they've received treatment. Chester has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He will require his final set of kitten boosters post-adoption. Chester was tested for FIV and FeLV and results for both were negative. Fecal exam returned negative for parasites.
