REQUESTED THEY VET BEAR FIRST, I LISTED HIM ON FB IN THE MEANTIME FOR A FOSTER, AND BEAR WAS ADOPTED 3HRS AFTER I PICKED HIM UP FROM HIS OWNER!!
NEVER CAME INTO RESCUE !!
