Meet Sirius! This boy is a 1.5 year old stunning Blue Heeler mix with the most beautiful eyes and build! He's a medium sized pup who is definitely going to need a family who likes the outdoors! We think he would be best in an active home that can give him 2 long walks a day and lots of other forms of stimulation. He is a medium/high energy dog, just as his breed is known for! Sirius is also super interested in small dogs, so we're thinking being an only dog might be best, unless his counterpart is a calm, mellow, and laid back medium or large dog. His confidence around other dogs can be intimidating for shy dogs! We think the ideal home for Sirius is one that has some experience with dogs in the past, just because his breed is known to be pretty high energy and needing lots of things to do! He would be good in a home with older kids, though younger ones we think he may have the potential to knock over.
