My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our gorgeous Catahoula girl, Veruca! Veruca is 3 months old and 20lbs. Her mom is a 40 lbs Blue tick coonhound/Catahoula mix, dad unknown. Veruca is a smart, energetic, playful puppy that is always on the move. She loves to play with her foster siblings but is rather independent and can entertain herself with all of her fun toys. Veruca is a snuggler when she is tired and enjoys being around children. We recommend older children only because of her energy level. She does very well in her crate overnight and potty accidents are rare. Experience with the breed is highly recommended and a fenced yard is REQUIRED. Veruca is available for meets now and adoption on Sept 25th. Applications are available at ruffredemption.org.
