My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bane! Bane is a 2 year old bully breed. Bane came from Florida after his family lost everything in the hurricanes last Oct 2018. They had no way of keeping him and were devastated letting him go. But after going through so much in his short life he has an amazing amount of love. Bane never sees a stranger and wants to meet and kiss them all. Especially the ladies. Watch out husbands there's a new man in town. Hehe. Bane loves to play with tennis balls, tug of war, chew on bones, sticks, toilet paper rolls and for sure is crazy about playing with the water hose. And he loves going on walks to see his favorite neighbors. He also gets very excited about going on every car ride with you. Bane does good with some dogs but he has to stay away from yappy littles and pushy puppies. He needs more of an older, laid back, play for a little while then mind your own business, snuggler type of furry friend. And he'll need a calm, correct introduction to any furry friends. He does have a high prey drive so no cats please and watch out for your neighborhood squirrels. Bane does great with kids at any age. He won't jump if they are younger than 5. He's gentle and caring. Bane also has no type of aggression with food or toys. He fully house trained as well as obedience trained. He even knows high 5, speak, and fist bump. He learns very quickly. The ideal home for this sweetheart is with someone who can be home a lot or keep him safely contained while gone. Bane suffers from severe separation anxiety. He can take meds for this also that aren't expensive. He will be right on your heals following you everywhere you go. Bane also suffers from noise phobia so high pitched noises really scare him and he reacts, so right now we are working through a lot of those noises getting him use to being around them again. So if a vacuum, blender, weedeater, etc. goes on, he will need to be placed in another, secure room. Even when he finds his forever family, we are offering to still work with him for free. This is something that he needs to overcome and has to have help doing so. Bane is a very sweet boy, who just wants to please. He needs to have someone who is going to be patient with him. Lots of love, security and exercise. Once you meet him you will fall deeply in love. We haven't meet anyone yet who hasn't. So hurry now fill out an adoption form and set up a meet and greet! Bane is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
