My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HI EVERYONE…. My name is Shane, I am new here and thought it would be gentlemanly to introduce myself and tell you a little about myself. I am a handsome, well trained, energetic brittany who is looking for a new “forever home”. You see my dad recently lost his job and has had to go back to school full time and he needs to study alot…. which doesn’t leave much time for me. My grandma takes care of me but she is older and my dad worries about me.

I was trained to hunt but haven’t hunted for about 6 years, I heel nicely on and off leash and I just love when dad takes me out to a local farm to run “like the wind”! I know my basic commands, sit, stay, come and have great house manners! I am invisible fence trained, housebroken and lounge in the family room when my humans need to go out and always get a “good boy” when my humans return. I am affectionate and just love my belly rubs boy they sure do feel good! I am good with other dogs and like to play and rough house some.
