Hiya,
My name is Kenzi and boy howdy do I ever have a story to tell you!
You see, my owner just dumped me for unknown reasons...how mean! Then as I was just wondering around trying to survive, some cruel man shot me in the hip. His neighbor saw him aiming at me to shoot me again. She pleaded with the big, fat meanie head to stop and she scooped me up and took me away. My savior! She was so very nice. The thing is, she had already had 7 dogs dumped on her that she took in, so her home was full. She had agreed with her husband that there would be no more dogs taken in.
Just keep peace in her home, she hid me in the barn for a little while and snuck me off to the vet. ;)
As soon as I was fixed up, she brought me to Lucies where I could be cared for and loved. I'll never forget her, for she was my guardian angel. :)
I have a moderate energy level, but more than anything I would REALLY love to be a lap dog. I never ever meet a stranger. After a hike or a jog, I would just love to settle in and snuggle on the couch with you just gazing into your loving eyes. I make great eye contact when there are no distractions around.
Oh and an important thing; I do NOT like dogs that are bigger than me. I don't really remember why, perhaps I used to have to fight for food or worse :(
I am highly trainable and am already leash and crate trained. And, I just love squeaky toys!! I MUST have them, they are my absolute favorite!! squeak squeak squeak hehehe
