My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our dog is a 14yr old shihtzu named Monte & fairly easy to take care of but the few things that I do have to do for him is becoming too much in addition to taking care of our small children. I’m pregnant with child #4 & it will feel like too much on my plate with a dog as well:( This is very hard for me because we’ve had Monte since he was 12wks old. He’s okay with other dogs when just left alone. He doesn’t care about other animals as long as they don’t bother him. He doesn’t ever fight when confronted by another pet but will eventually give a warning snip if he’s bothered past his limit. He’s also like this with our children so would be best in his old age to find a home with no children. Sometimes he’s snuggly & wants attention but then at times his old man grumpiness comes out & may just want to lay by you but not be touched;) He can’t hear as well as he used to but won’t run off without a leash. He likes walks but prefers to ride in bottom of stroller;) Also has some mild anxiety.
