Buddy Butters (aka Buds) is a special needs boy - he is blind. But that does not stop him from exploring and getting around in his environment. He is a very loving boy that will do best with a family or single person that is not gone for long periods of time during the day - he loves his attention and dotes on his person. He has great manners and is house trained. Buds will do best in a home with no small rambunctious kids.
