Rescue Story:
I was surrendered as I was very bitey to my owner, she got me when I was only 4 weeks old as an only cat. Sadly this is the result and why you never take a kitten younger then 12 weeks old to be an only cat.

Ok folks, here is the thing. I am the type of cat who just wants to be left alone to do my own thing. If you can understand my quirks, and are OK with it, we will get along just great. Basically I am the perfect cat for someone who truly wants to rescue a cat, but is OK with me doing my own thing and have limited petting involved (and only if I want it). #missindependent
About my Behaviour:
Everything needs to be on my terms in regards to any type of petting. I can get easily overstimulated and will bite or scratch you, so you need to be understanding of that. https://catbehaviorassociates.com/how-to-pet-a-cat/ is a great blog with info on how to pet a kitty like me.
Oh and no strangers, I do not like strangers as they never seem to not understand the words "don't touch the cat". No kids (I am sure you can understand why) and I don't like other animals either. They don't get the personal bubble spiel. Cling elsewhere!
I would love a home where you have a catio I can freely go in and out, I love being outdoors and I'm not the kind of cat you can harness/leash train. Nor one you can pick up and easily catch to take in and out to be honest. Or hey even just cat fencing and a cat door would suffice. I am just not a cat who should roam off the property as others won't be as understanding to my quirks as you are.
If I was to be an outdoor only cat, I would need an insulated shelter, food available always, any future vetting, and no other pets or strangers on the property. Who needs a dog when you have me, the "cat guard on duty" would be my plaque of honor.
