Hi there! My name is Trixie and I’m a sweet, good-natured, and curious little gal. At 3 years old and fully grown, I’m a small cat.
I love following my foster mom around to see what she is up to. When new guests come into the house, I’m very confident and warm up easily. I am also very independent. I’m usually napping or perching on the window sill to look out into the world.
I won’t bother you when you’re working but when you let me know it’s playtime, I get super excited! I really do have the heart of a kitten during playtime. Anything you have lying around the house, whether it be a piece of plastic, string, or pen, works fine as a toy for me. I especially love wrestling and running fast through the crinkle tunnel toy. Sometimes I go half-way into the tunnel and you can see my little butt wiggle in anticipation of racing through it. (I hear it’s really cute.) I do love to hide and pounce, and sometimes my little nails come out during playtime, so I might not be the best with small children. I also like to be petted and have my head scratched. If you approach me too fast, though, I think you want to play and I get boisterous. But I never get aggressive.
I eat a mix of wet and dry food, and am a polite girl while you are preparing my food (I do not jump on the counter!). I get curious about human food but once I get a sniff, I usually go on my way.
I’m up to date on all of my shots and spayed, too! I’m really excited to find my furever home!
