Bindi is pure JOY packaged neatly into a precious pittie body! This sweetheart brings a sense of lightheartedness and laughter to any room, she’s equally playful and snuggly (she does LOVE a good couch cuddle). Bindi also has the most expressive eyes and slick-as-a-seal coat, she is unbelievably soft! She enjoys neighborhood walks, romping in the yard with her foster-sister and ending the evening with her favorite Nylabone and Netflix. During her time with us, she’s quickly learning lots of important dog-life skills, reinforcing great habits and growing her confidence! She is comfortable in a crate for up to 4-5 hours and sleeps quietly through the night. She rides beautifully in the car and would make a wonderful road-trip or trail companion. She is house-trained and walks well on a leash. Bindi’s ideal home includes a healthy amount of routine activity, regular walks or a fenced yard and someone to shower her with love. She has bonded well with the other female dog in her foster home (we always encourage slow and thoughtful introductions to other pets) and has also been very well-mannered (no counter surfing or destructive behavior). Bindi thrives in a home with a mix of activity and down-time, with routine and lots of affection. If you are looking for a playful young adult dog, past the puppy phase, with lovely energy and a cuddly disposition – Bindi is a rare find. Bindi came to us after simply being overlooked in a small shelter, she immediately won our hearts with her loving temperament and real potential to be an amazing companion!
