Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oliver is a playful, snuggly and well-mannered boy!!! He does very well with kids, other dogs, cats and rabbits. He especially loves to be right next to his human. He loves his toys and to play fetch and tug of war. He can be sometimes be stingy with food and toys, but easily responds to correction and really wants to please. Oliver has a heart condition that will require (inexpensive) daily medication, but that doesn’t stop his fun-loving attitude or playful spirit!

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with many of our adoptable dogs there.
Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day!
*Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.*
**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.
