Bernie transferred to us from Howard county animal control recently . Cages make Bernie angry and if put him in one he will let you know he doesn't like it by lunging and growling . Once we got him situated in a exercise pen he was so much happier . Bernie is excellent with his litter box , not a single poop out of place . Hes a little guy at 3 lbs and still a little shy and uncertain . I do think he would benefit from a bunny friend and to ultimately be a free roam bun in a bunny proofed home . He does enjoy getting petted once he gets to know you and is a great hay eater !
