Selina is a smallish Maine Coon breed with a loving personality. We’ve had her about a year. Vet believes her to be about 2-1/2 years old. She is spayed, declawed in the front, litter box trained, and an indoor-only cat.
She is VERY affectionate. She doesn’t like to be picked up, but sit down & she will come jump up beside you. And stare at you. And if you don’t start petting her she will tap you with her paw. She likes head and neck scratches, and LOVES to be brushed.
Unfortunately, my son’s allergies have gotten steadily worse since she’s been here. Selina needs an owner who is home a lot, and can pay attention to her. Not CONSTANT attention, but REGULAR attention. She has 4 or 5 sleep spots and she spends the day moving from one to another and then napping. She is not boisterous at all.
She eats dry food, with occasional treats. Not sure if she would be good with young children, or other animals. She's well-behaved. She’s a good cat … she’s just not a good cat for US.
