Marnie (3 year old female) was adopted from our facility as a kitten back in 2020. As she matured, she developed chronic urinary tract infections resulting in crystals developing in her urine. These crystals were painful for her, and lead to some litterbox issues in the home...and ultimately her return to the shelter. Since Marnie has been with us, she has been on a strict diet of Hills Science Diet Prescription C/D food--and is doing amazing! Normal urine, no pain, and no litterbox issues observed at the shelter. To help with placing Marnie in her forever home, our shelter is prepared to offer her prescription diet food to her adoptive home for the at-cost price for the rest of her life. Think Marnie might be a good fit for you? She is located at the Danville PSPCA on Bloom Rd. -- stop by any day between 12-6 to meet here! If you have any questions about her, feel free to call the shelter at 570-275-0340 or email us at Danville@PSPCA.org.
